New locking system makes Apeer even stronger

High security locks are now standard on all composite doors from New World
A new cylinder lock, with many enhanced security features to defeat the most determined intruder, is now standard on all New World's Apeer, Monno and Diamond composite door ranges.
Tested to EN1303:2005, its high security features make it almost impossible to tamper with. Available in brass and nickel with a thumb-turn option, the new ICL lock gives anti-drill, anti-snap, anti-pick and anti-bump protection.
From the beginning homeowners have been particularly assured by the security aspects of all New World's doorsets. Apeer and Monno doors are glazed internally which prevents the trims, which are fixed with a unique locking system, from being extracted from outside. The doorset's robust structure adds substance and strength to the elegant appearance of the grained surface with its unique moulding.
Wood-free Apeer is the Rolls Royce of doorsets. With its solid, steel-reinforced frame design that offers a safe, snug fit, the double-rebated construction offers additional security and thermal properties. Single rebate Monno is popular with local authorities and Diamond offers excellent value. All are also available as sash-only options.
New World has just launched Door Builder™, new software to make selling its composite doorsets Apeer, Monno or Diamond, even easier. A simple click/choice feature will select each aspect of the doorset and allow homeowners to 'build' a door to their exact requirements via a PC or laptop. One of the most useful attributes of Door Builder™ is that it shows the cost on-screen with each selection click.
