Production Process
uPVC sheets are vac-formed using the most up to date machinery.
- 100% virgin u-PVC sheets
- Compatible with all major profile systems
Apertures for the glass are clicked out in one cut.
- 2 presses for increased production.
- All panels produced as press glazed units.
Our extensive range of glass units are produced in house.
- All decorative glasswork is produced in our glass studio.
- Any design available.
Double glazed units use Q Seal exclusive to New World Developments.
- Longer life unit.
- Better thermal insulation.
Panels are pressed using pneumatic presses.
Panels must be loaded within 30 mins before glue sets.
Glass units sealed in the panel unit with silicone.
- Double seal system.
- No water incursion.
Panels or trims can be sprayed to the colour of your choice.
- High quality paint system.
Panels are labelled and stored prior to despatch.
